Open Enrollment is October 26 – November 14.
If you don’t enroll by November 14, you will not have coverage on January 1, 2027.
Open enrollment is your annual opportunity to review and choose your benefits for the upcoming year beginning on January 1, 2027. During this period, you can enroll in or make changes to your health insurance, flexible spending accounts, and other benefit options.
You will not be able to make changes to your benefits again unless you experience a qualifying life event, which includes marriage, birth, adoption, etc.
Review what’s changing for 2027, and log on to ADP Workforce Now to enroll in benefits before November 14.

What's Changing for 2027?
We’re excited to announce some improvements to your health plan options – made to better support you and your family:
Metabolic Health and Weight Management Support
We are pleased to offer access to Signos, a program designed to help eligible members better understand how daily habits such as food, movement, sleep, and stress may affect their glucose levels and overall metabolic health. Signos uses a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) together with a mobile app to provide personalized insights, habit guidance, and progress tracking.
Caregiver Support
We are pleased to offer Mellie as additional support for you and your family. If you are a caregiver for someone in your family, you can access a dedicated Mellie Care Coordinator who helps build a personalized care plan and guides you through everything from school accommodation and behavioral needs to in-home care, insurance navigation, and medical coordination no more guessing where to start or who to call.
Nurse Advocacy
Guardian Nurses gives eligible members and their covered dependents direct access to a team of registered nurses who provide personal guidance and advocacy through any healthcare issue.
Mobile Care Coordinators can visit members at home or in the hospital, accompany them to doctor's appointments, help schedule care, identify providers, and offer guidance when considering a new diagnosis, treatment, or surgery.
The program also assists with resolving billing, claims, and insurance issues, and connects members with healthcare equipment and resources as needed. All services are offered at no cost and are confidential.
Additional Updates for 2027
Higher Dependent Care FSA Contribution Limit
Beginning in 2027, the annual maximum contribution for Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) will increase to $7,500 per calendar year to align with the IRS limit – meaning you can set aside more pre-tax dollars to help pay for eligible dependent care expenses.
New FSA Debit Card
Our Healthcare FSA, Dependent Care FSA, and commuter accounts will be administered by FlexFacts. Whether you enroll in one of these accounts for the first time, or already have one of these accounts, you will be getting a new debit card. If you also select the Simple Copay medical plan with the HRA, you will have two cards: one from FlexFacts and one from Cigna.
2027 Open Enrollment Webinars
Whether you’re new to our benefits or a longtime participant, this meeting will help you understand your options before you enroll. Come with your questions, because this is the best opportunity to get answers from the team in real time.
