Allstate Whole Life is permanent life insurance that helps protect your family from the financial impact of losing a loved one or needed extended care. It includes living benefits that you may access to help pay for care while alive. You select a benefit amount that works for you, and you “lock-in” a rate that is designed to last a lifetime and does not increase due to age.
 
The cost for this important benefit will be deducted from your paycheck post-tax if you enroll in the plan.
 
All employees enrolling in coverage will receive a welcome letter and policy ID from Allstate once your coverage becomes effective. When the welcome letter arrives, you can login to MyBenefits at allstatebenefits.com/mybenefits to register for access. Allstate no longer mails policy documents. You can also call 1-888-282-2550 with questions.
 
Enrollment in this plan occurs annually in July/August for an October 1 effective date.
