GRAIL (Galleri) Cancer Detection
A proactive breakthrough in cancer screening
While doctors today screen individually for five specific cancers, nearly 70% of cancers have no recommended screening tests. The GRAIL multi-cancer early detection test aims to change that.
How does this work?
With one blood draw, the Galleri test screens for a unique “fingerprint” of 50+ cancers, empowering you with the information you need to pursue the appropriate care.
This new benefit is available to employees aged 50 or older who are enrolled in a VNA medical plan. Follow the steps below to get started and order your test!
How does this work?
Step 1: Make sure that you are an eligible employee. To be eligible for this benefit, you must be aged 50 and older, and be currently enrolled in one of the VNA’s medical plans.
Step 2: Visit www.galleri.com/partner/vna to request your test.
Step 3: Click “Request Galleri.” You will be prompted for an Access ID. This Access ID will be your Position ID in the ADP platform. To find your Position ID, log on to the ADP Workforce Now website and look for your Position ID Number. Please use the 6 digits after the company code (ex: do not enter UF1). If you need assistance with your ID please contact GRAIL Customer Service at 833-694-2553.
Step 4: Complete the health questionnaire.
Step 5: Once you complete the questionnaire, a telemedicine provider will confirm your eligibility, and you will receive a notification via email. Your collection kit will be sent in the mail to your home address.
Step 6: Visit www.galleri.com/schedule to book your blood draw appointment at a GRAIL blood draw partner.
Step 7: Once you receive your kit in the mail, make sure to bring your test kit and Test Requisition Form (TRF) with you to the appointment. A trained physician will draw your blood sample and ship the kit to the GRAIL lab.
Step 8: You will be contacted when your results are ready – about 2 weeks after your blood is received at the GRAIL laboratory.​​
